In good hands...We are NewYork State licensed and fully insured. We draw upon our training in Swedish massage, Shiatsu, deep or connective tissue work, trigger point therapy, aromatherapy, pre-natal, elder and sports massage.
All New York state licensed massage therapists have a background in kinesiology,pathology, anatomy and physiology as well as various massage modalities and business practices.
Massage Basics
We are dedicated to providing safe and nurturing touch with the intention of easing stressed bodies to assist people in achieving optimal health.
In-office massage is given on a comfortable massage table or massage chair depending on the time alotted for the session and the client's needs.
On-site massage (massage provided at your location) is also available and is most often given on a portable massage chair. On-site massage is a pro-active means to de-stressing the work environment, showing customer appreciation or creating a healthful environment at a special event.

Studies by the CDC prove that when stressful situations go unresolved, the body is kept in a constant state of activation which increases the wear and tear to our biological systems. Ultimately, fatigue or damage results, and the ability for the body to repair and defend itself can become compromised. As a result, the risk of injury or illness escalates.
